Adding the International Cafe, Piazza entertainment and The Sanctuary has elevated a touch of class to an already classy cruise line. A place to begin or end the day with incredible coffee & desserts is always a treat! Should I admit I dream about the lucious fruit tarts??????

My adult daughter and I set out to have a fun cruise , whitch we did, and in the process made life long friends with another mother and daughter! We have a long distance relationship, one in Utah and us in New York. After our first meeting during an excursion to a rum-punch beach bash, we decided to meet again 2 years later on another Princess cruise. We keep up with each other’s lives through e-mail. Hopefully, when the economy gets better we can do another one!

My husband and I start our day off at the International Cafe. We have breakfast there everyday and skip the buffet upstairs. We love the granola yogurt and start our day off right. The entertainment in the Piazza is fantastic and we often make new friends as we sit and talk to others. As an added bonus we find we are often on the ships video cause so many entertaining and exciting things take place in the Atrium Piazza.

It’s been 4 years since my last Princess cruise and I love your relaxation moments! The memories of walking on deck with my husband are priceless! This year we are going to travel eastern Europe for three weeks but 2013 will the year I make up for lost cruises! I cannot wait!

These past few months I have had a bit of time to remember past cruises as I recovered from liver cancer surgery. What wonderful times I recalled and drug up to give me incentive to recover. That recovery is about completee and I cannot wait to cruise with Princess again. To quote one of your wait staff ” Excellent choice”.

My first cruise with Princess was on the Crown on a Western Caribbean. The first thing I did on board was to meet old friends for a Cap. Went beck every
    Morning!
This Sunday I’m on my 2nd cruse on the Caribbean Princess out of San Juan. I can smell the coffee and the desserts already!

I was so hoping that the International coffee bar and the card purchase would stay as one of those best kept secrets. If you’re an early riser or if you’re a bit of a coffee snob like myself who enjoys freshly brewed quality coffee to start your day, this is the place to head. The specialty coffees are great tasting too, the service is great and you meet lots of early risers each morning who come for their caffeine fix and a few moments of “me” time.

I’m going on my 5th cruise with Princess in a few weeks and the Coffee Card purchase is going to be first on my must do list.

Everything about the Princess cruise was A number one. The staff was so professional and so pleasant to be around. It was so well run and so efficiently done.

My first point of business is always to purchase the coffee card. Every mid morning I have my cappuccino at the International Cafe… mind everyone’s business in the Piazza while I sip away …then any card can play!!

I have always had such good times on the cruises I did with Princess – I was hooked from the first cruise to Alaska. I would never forget that one as we were on our second day when news of the disaster of the World Trade Center. Since then we did 5 more cruises with Princess and in May we will be doing the Baltic cruise. I love the stage shows and the good services from the crew. The International Bar is a must try for anyone and it’s true the coffee and Cappuccino are very good and oh, those deserts. The most memorable one is the final day of our Mediterranean cruise sailing into Venice up on the 15th floor taking pictures and remembering the song being played Time to say goodbye by Andrea Botticelli. Keep on cruising everyone.

While I have only cruised on Princess but two times, and both of them on the “GRAND”, I can only smile with my rememberances of both of them. I did not think the food was great, but the
crew was great! Concerning the food, I am a former owner of a restaurant, and somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to food, and besides I live on the fabulous Gulf Coast of Mississippi!

Good food is hard to miss here!

But I do miss Princes and its crewmembers, who made my two visits so special.

Just wish that my current financial condition would allow me to do eight or ten more!

Princess is the best with the great breakfast will eggs bacon and toast and the smell of coffee and the tea as well. The food is wonderful and the movies under the stars is a hit too. You dont have to clean up and make your bed or do wash it a great time to be with your kids and wife to relax and talk and swim and get some sun with a good book to read in the sun deck as the kids play in the pool. eating pizza and slipping on cold drinks…this is a vacation….

The food was the best and the entertainment was wonderful.

I loved the coffee bar on the Crown..never complained once..in fact we hung out there every day for hours…as for the one on the Ruby- DISGUSTING!! 1 Philipino, who wiped his face/nose all the time and then makes the drinks and never sanitizes his hands, WTF, and..thanks dude…then the Greek dude, who spilled the ice on the counter, then swept it back into the bin with his bare hands…WTF, and disgusting..I reported them the day before, and will also be sending this onto the CEO, and Google…again, more crew member who need to be forced to watch the non stop video about “HOW TO WASH/SANITIZE YOUR HANDS”..yes, you can delete this comment, but I am also contacting the news, as well as the CEO, besides reporting about it on my internet radio/tv shows…what a let down! However, judging by the lousy exterior appearance of the Ruby, it doesn’t suprise me that discipline is slack/lacking on that vessel.

My wife and I have been on four cruises .The last three with Princess..The first was to the caribean on the Azure..which held 850 people Only one prop worked so we had to miss two Islands..That was the year Wardair went out of business…There was lots of wine , that trip.. The next ship(Carnival) held 1800 people and our third, (Princess) held 3000 people..On that one, we found that there were too many…We never got to see the same folks twice….So we will be choosing our next ship by the number of people it will take…. Now we are going to Alaska (Princess) with three other couples. We are all Barbershoppers (harmony) and we have all four parts so, with ajoining balconies, we will be doing lots of singing and maybe even some entertaining..Fun
